Work Experience
Supervisor:
Aqua Handling of Texas, Inc., September
21, 2013 – Present
(Subsidiary of
Apache Oil Corp.)
· I started off as a crew hand and within a month was promoted to “Crew
Leader” and then to “Field Supervisor” within 3 months. I speak one on one
with Company men and Consultants, they take my number and call me personally
before my boss because of how well and quick I can get a job done that needs
doing. I have several good relationships with Company men who personally
request me and my crew for every job they have.
· Jobs include: As a supervisor I handled time sheets for myself and my
crew, I made sure everyone got clocked out and to the hotel together, worked
personally with the owner of the company to get things accomplished, water
transfer for the oilfield; rig up the pipe including putting road crossings
in, run and maintain water pumps, maintain water levels in frack tanks, keep
crew on task and take care of any problems that come up. I do a lot of
hot-shoting, run skytracks, skid loaders, and backhoes. I can do just about
anything that has to do with water transfer and do it well.

communications towers, antenna systems, and related site structures; acted as
a project leader when assigned; worked irregular hours
and traveled extensively throughout the state.
Fibertech
Inc. (contract for Charter Communication), July 2011 – June 10, 2012
l Started off as an “Independent Contractor” using and working out of my
own truck and earning an income based on job completed and amount completed
at each job. I was promoted to an “in-house employee’ where they supplied me
with a company truck, a gas card, company tools, and a company phone.
l In both positions I connect, disconnect, installed, and troubleshot
problems within the customer’s home to maintain functional cable connections
including wireless for TV, internet, and phone. Also did on the spot
“up-sales” to customers by helping to advertise and promote more business for
the company.
Abreeze Tree Service, 2009 – Jun. 2011
l We specialized in large tree removal, also serviced bush, deadwood,
and dead limb removal. Also prune, trim, and topped all trees. We did
dangerous removal, stump grinding, climbing, and planting.
l With this company I could be the only one on the job or work with one
or two more people on every job. I was the boss’s right hand man. I did all
of the climbing, cutting, trimming, and pruning the required trees. Then I
did all the loading, hauling, and dumping of all the brush and logs. Cleaned
up all loose twigs and leaves left behind to make the job look the best as
possible when I left.
Owner of Granbury Tree Service, 2004 – Dec. 2010
l I have experience running several different types of heavy machinery;
bobcats, backhoe, sky lift, stump grinder, and skillfully backing an
extra-large goose neck trailer. We specialized in large tree removal, also
serviced bush, deadwood, and dead limb removal. Also prune, trim, and topped
all trees. We did dangerous removal, stump grinding, climbing, and planting.
l Worked with father until the company was handed down to me when I
turned 16. Ran the business until the collapse of the economy and then did a
lot of cutting and selling fire wood. Managed and ran a team of 2-6 men on
every job. Very good at advertising, selling, and managing the financial
responsibility for the business. There just became less and less need for
paid tree services.
Father and Sons Carpet Cleaning, on and off as needed 2004 – Sep. 2013
l Worked as an as needed work hand on hard jobs that the owner would
save for days on my days off from my other jobs. At times when this was my
only source of income I would take over the jobs myself and sometimes catch
the business up again to a regular full load before I went back to work at
another employer.
l Clean and spray carpets. Hauled heavy equipment up stairs and for long
distances. Load, fill, and refill chemicals as needed. Moved heavy furniture
to clean under. Two hands on a large job can help to make it move along much
quicker.
Skills
l Good computer skills, sales abilities, management skills, inter
personal skills, good communicator, easily taught, works well with everyone,
adjust to any situation, and always ready to learn something new to improve
on my current knowledge. Quick but efficient employee which gives way to my
tendency to go out of my way to help an employee who is struggling or falling
behind in their time slot. I have become an extraordinary Crew/Team Leader. I
have the natural skills and ability to lead people and when I speak people
listen. I would be a great asset to any team.
